Cone tornado just north of Grady, Arkansas near the town of Moscow today 3/13/2016. Storms are still tornado warned in Arkansas, as part of this ongoing tornado outbreak. It’s now dark, but we were near the rain curtains of the Marvell AR tornado, reports are that the town of Marvell may have taken a direct hit. Aside from tornadoes, flash flooding is also widespread.
